Services

We provide electrical related services on generators and motors.

Alternator / Motor related services.

Bearing Replacement Works

Replacing bearings is one of the most critical maintenance tasks for an alternator, especially in heavy -duty or industrial environments. Since the rotor is a massive component spinning at high speeds (often 1500 or 1800 RPM), the bearings are the primary point of mechanical wear.

  • Protection of the Stator and Rotor
  • Reduction in Operating Temperature
  • Elimination of Vibration and Noise
  • Improve Efficiency
  • Preventing “Grease Flashing” or Contamination

Alternator removal and installation

Removing and installing an industrial alternator is a heavy-duty operation that requires precision, experience and technical knowledge especially regarding alignment and weight lifting.

On Site Servicing

The Challenge: “Our generator is in a basement with no crane access and limited clearance. We can’t bring it to a workshop.”

Our Solution: “We bring the workshop to the basement. Our team is trained to perform high-level diagnostics, cleaning, and component repairs in restricted environments, saving you the massive cost of structural demolition.”

Rewinding

Rewinding isn’t just a repair—it’s a complete overhaul of your machine’s electrical heart. Over time, heat, vibration, and contamination degrade the copper windings and insulation varnish. Our process fixes:

  • Insulation Breakdown: Restoring Insulation readings to safe levels.
  • Thermal Damage: Replacing brittle, burnt coils with high-grade copper and insulators.
  • Mechanical Integrity: Securing rotor joints and terminal connections to prevent operational failure.

Alternator and Motor testing

Motor Health & Diagnostic Testing

Testing ensures that every component—from the internal insulation to the mechanical bearings—is operating within safe parameters. We categorize testing into three main areas:

  • Insulation & Stator Testing (The Electrical Heart)
  • Continuity & Resistance (The Copper Path)
  • Mechanical & Dynamic Testing if possible (The Moving Parts)
